Libyan Dissidents Sue British Government for Alleged Role in Their Rendition
Abdel Hakim Belhadj and Sami Al Saadi have issued legal proceedings against former foreign secretary Jack Straw and former directer of counter-terrorism at MI6, Sir Mark Allen, alleging their complicity in their 2004 rendition to Libya and torture by Colonel Qaddafi's government.
